You can add me. I don't always log, but open diary, and I eat processed food minimally. Most of my meals are home cooked and easy to make.

Eat chocolate just don't EAT it. I love chocolate. It's my favorite food group. If I want a lot of chocolate (it to last a while), i'll blend up 1 frozen banana, cocoa (the good dark chocolate kind @ whole foods), skim milk and ice. Everyone is different, so you have to listen to your body. It makes me feel like poop when I have any kind of artificial sweeteners, so I try and steer clear. If I want something sweet I'll have a smaller portion of something with plain ole sugar or honey.
