When I was younger I had messed up periods like 5 months with out then 3 months with the Dr gave me meds to stop the bleeding then I had to take birth control to keep it regular. After I had my kids it straightened out in its own

I have a hard time sticking to it during summer with the kids at home and weekends. It is a little easier when they r in school.

Today I had a really bad day did fine on diet till dinner then I had a big plate of spaghetti with sour cream 3 pieces of toast and after all that I ate a can of spaghetti ABC with ranch dressing and corn chips :( I was doing so good lately and just lost it tonight. Back on the band wagon I go.

Yup me too kids and hubby r home and I am always fixing food for them so it makes it hard to stay on track.

I tried it but I couldn't stick to it the soup was OK but having to stick to a certain food on a certain day was to hard for me.

I just started back on the diet and I would like to lose 20 by Christmas fingers crossed :)
