I'm a Rosemary Conley fan and I have to say the GI is good - but remember portion control and to add the extras such as side dishes when calculating the calories for a meal. I can particularly recommend the chicken with lime and ginger - the whole family really enjoy this and it's not too spicy. Good luck.

I'm near Banbury UK. Keep up the good work.

Taken from caloriesperhour.com "To calculate your body weight in terms of fat and lean body mass, first multiply your total body weight by your body fat percentage. This will give you the weight of your body fat. Now subtract this number from your total body weight, and you will have the weight of your lean body mass.…

I've done the shred, and would recommned it to anyone. Not much different on the scale - a couple of pound, but then I haven't much to lose anyway, probably about 1 inch off my hips, waist and bust but the toning is awesome. I've got a much flatter stomach area (I can see some muscles!! and my arms and back has so much…

Good luck with your goal. This site is awesome and really helps when you log every thing you eat and the exercise you do - you start to notice when you have bad days especially if you keep notes on your feelings.

Thanks for this site - I've added it to my favourites!

Sounds delicious!

Fresh Salmon (not smoked) with mushrooms, a little garlic, salt and pepper, and a splash of white wine - wrap in tin foil and bake in the oven at 180C for 15-20 mins. Delicious and low calorie too!

Great work! and your profile says it all!

You're supposed to eat most of them. MFP already works out your calories so that you loose weight. If you don't eat at least some of your exercise calories your body will think it is starving and go into starvation mode. However, exercise is soooo good for you, makes you fitter and healthy and helps shape up your bod as…

I've managed to do the whole thing. Again I had knee problems before I started, but by the end of the 30 days my knee problems had actually diminished! I now get this out when I feel I need a bit of "conditioning". Great DVD.

I could tell by your choice that you were probably from the UK but Chazelles Sur Lavieu looks like it in France?

Way to go! Inches are definitely more important. don't forget you could be carrying a lot of water so keep a check on your salt intake and make sure you drink lots of water (strange I know)!

Good luck on your journey. the joy of a child is a real gift and whilst you're eating right you'll teach your child how to eat right too. And get rid of that chocolate.

Thanks for the beautiful way to describe stretch marks. I love tigers so from now on I will wear my badge with pride!

This is a typical problem. Hold your hands lightly behind your ears and don't use them to pull up your neck. Try to make sure you look up at the ceiling instead of following the move to look at your knees. Also make sure you don't bring your chin down, there should be a gap at leastas big as an orange between your neck and…

I found a used Reebok on Ebay which is great. I do 20 mins a day - what a difference it's made! You need to decided what programs you want it to do - mine has 8 different programs so I've been experimenting to see which I prefer. I have dodgy knees but so far:tongue: its been okay. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Sounds like a shopping spree is in order. Congrats on the inch loss!
