I'm 47, and I pass on the behind (YAY!) -- but at 34DD, it has been years since I could pass it up top! Definitely not since kids! Stairs, ladies -- lots of stairs! ;)

Find a good long set of stairs (I use an outdoor flight that is 100 steps tall, but also use the back stairs at work, going from 1st to 6th floor) and take them two at a time (walking, not running), pushing through the heel to the quads and glutes. I do 15 reps, but you can start slow if that seems like too many... don't…

Kale or Spinach -- add lots! I find that pineapple, berries, and a banana mask the greens taste -- even my 10 year old son eats the smoothy! Buy whole pineapple.... don't be intimidated by cutting off the husk... it keeps in the fridge for days and days, and tastes DELISH!!! Mango is also a super food, and is delicious.…

Make a committment to work with a buddy -- knowing that they are relying on you will get you out of bed.... I row with a team, and if I'm not there, they have to find a replacemnet or not go out... pretty big incentive to be there!
