I've lost 49 lbs since joining this site in September. It's a great place to give and get support from others. I have 28 more lbs to go and I know that I can do it with the help of this site. Feel free to add me if you'd like. I'll try to help you stay focused and motivated.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one that is excited to see a glimpse of my collar bone. I found a picture of my high school self and couldn't believe how awesome my collar bone looked. I'm hoping to look like that again soon.

PCOS, Thanks for the facial hair (which I have to have threaded every 2 weeks) and for not knowing when I will get my period. Thanks for making it harder to lose weight. Just know...one day I will get to my goal weight and then I will have beaten you. Chrissy

I used to be embarrassed as well and wouldn't complete my strength training as a result. Then I noticed that there were other people just like me and I started to feel better about the situation. When I first started using the machines, I would just watch how people did them and also read the instructions on the machine…

I'm logging in. I've already told myself to eat small portions and no seconds. Plus I'm participating in my 1st turkey trot (5k run/walk) this year so I'm hoping that'll help keep my weight in check.
