Hey. I have a bit more than you to lose, with 6lbs to go to my first mini goal & then 13lbs to go to my ultimate goal. Since starting my weight loss, I have lost 24lbs :) ...very well done to you losing 60lbs, that absoloutely amazing! I only live over the pennines, in St Helens, near to Manchester. x

This is how I got started. I stared training for 5k Race for Life, and since then, I have ran in 3 5ks and 2 10ks.
