You might want to try eating a healthy snack before you go out. If you are going to be drinking try to stay away from the fru-fru mixed drinks (my fave!) Go with vodka/whiskey and diet soda..type of stuff.

Hard call. I would try to doing different strength training first. Surgery seem so extreme for me. I have flabby under arms too and am trying my best to make them not. If not oh well. that is life.

Just use lower fat beef. I made chili last night. Was good except for the sodium level. Gotta cut that back.

If there are 3 servings in the can, and you are adding the whole can. Then you times the amounts by 3. The calculator in the receipe section will divide the calories and such for you. We had homemade pot pie and my daughter doesn' t like the crust so instead of me eating it like usual, I gave it to the hubby to eat since he is one of those people who eat everything and stays skinny.

I am and it isn't easy. I have to really plan out my meals for the day. I have been excercising more so I get a few more calories but I am trying not to eat back ALL of them. Without excercise it says you should be eating 1650. So just eat 1650, and whatever calories you get extra from excercise don't eat. At least not right now. Try to keep your calories more consistant and see what happens for a couple of weeks. A 500 calorie deficit each day only gets you 1 lb lost for the week. Also what…

I am lucky that my 4 yr old daughter prefers fruit and veggies to just about anything except chips. Even then she doesn't get but 4-5. She eats healthier than I do. 1994 5'8 weighed around 150-155 and wore size 12 pants because it was all in my *kitten* and waist. Currently at 183 and looking to get back there again and not have flabby belly after kid.

Some thing that has been working for me is that after dinner, I brush my teeth. I was told this once and it seems to keep me from grazing in the kitchen and taking a quick sneak eat.

I would like to be at 150ish. I am one that people are surprised at how much I weigh at 183 because I apparently carry it well..lol I just want to get rid of the flab and be healthy. Not so concerned with what I weigh just how I look.
