Make sure that you are drinking lots of water too. I find that one or 2 glasses off wine will make me gain 5 lbs of water over night and then clothes don't fit.

I hit 20 lb lost and sometimes I can wear a size smaller, sometimes not.. of course it came off my face and chest instead of around the gut where I need it gone the most... Sucks but stick with it, one day it will be boom 2 sizes down.

Yes you can develop allergies or intolerances at any time. What about the turkey sausage? Is it the same as always or a different brand? Cut one out for a couple days and then the other to see if you have any changes.

It is a struggle for me to do that. If I should drive by a food place and it was somewhat close to lunch, then i would stop. Knowing that I have good for me food 20 min away at home, helps some. But it is still hard to retrain your brain to wait a few minutes.

It depends on where you start losing the weight from first. I lost mine first in arms and upper chest so those areas weren't as noticeable then say if you lose your stomach area first.

I have pizza every Friday night. Its from a local place but I have just used the Pizza Hut numbers. I am guessing that its actually less than that but that's what I go with for that day. I guess if you find something that is close in toppings, size, stick with it so that your logging is consistent.

If you have a chiropractor you may just need to see them. Mine will go out and I can hardly walk, couple of adjustments and I am back on track. Take some advil, rest and see what happens.

I had to make sure that I had no cash to buy goodies and the above suggestion. I had to go cold turkey for about 3-4 weeks because it was just a habit to pick up a candy bar or chips or whatever on the way through the check out. You will gain confidence in yourself to be able break that habit.

I love Life Choice Peanut Butter. I think they are only at walmart. 210 cal, 21g protein, and only 14g Carb (7g sugar). I have noticed that a lot of them are high in carbs/sugar as well as the protein.

Just because you buy the all you can drink card doesn't mean you have to go hog wild. Have a drink or 2, enjoy it and get some exercise in while there. My boss actually lost weigh on the his cruise from so much walking around that he did on the ship.
