Sit ups VS Crunches
I am thinking but not sure if I am correct that sit ups and cruches work your abs differently. I am trying to make my core stronger as to relieve some back/hip issues. Sit ups are definitley harder for me so not sure if i should alternate them. Thanks!

Body fat down 7% in 1 month??
I have lost 3 lbs and a couple inches from all over and my body fat went down 7% in 1 month. Does that even sound right or have I messed up my calculations? I used the fat2fit.com/tools. Thanks!

Calories burned in a day question
While wanting to use the TDEE formula, I am wondering if i am more active than I think. Would wearing a HRM for 24 hrs work to figure out calories burned in 24 or not? I don't know if the HRM would keep tally for that long or if it would even be accurate. Thanks!

I have been not excercising and only watching my calories (1700). I started doing 30 Day Shred last week and it seems like i am wanting nothing but salty junk stuff. Is this a stage to just get through or is this just me? Has nothing to do with TOM.

Eating plan pre surgery help
I am having a little outpatient surgery on Friday and dreading not being able to eat. I eat on a schedule so much now that not being able to have breakfast, lunch and then dinner at who knows what time is driving me nuts. Do i pig out the night before or do i try to pack in my calories in my dinner meal?

Planks..Do them in sets or 1 long one?

Short term low carb?
I was just wondering if going lower carb say around 100 would doing anything in 10 days? I have already lost 20 lbs, have vacation coming up and didn't know if anythng would happen in 10 days or if it takes longer than that for lower carb to work. I have no intentions of staying low carb. Would it do more harm than good?

I bought some new shorts yesterday because the others were too baggy. Macaroni Salad w/yougurt?

Can you lose your muscle tone in a week?
I have recently been very sick with flu type and now I have pnuemonia so I can't do my workouts. I had been doing 30 DS and was feeling so good and addicted to my workout. My question is this, I lost more weight but feel flabbier..Could I have lost what I muscle I had gained in such a short time or is it in my head.

As I am excercising more and eating better, I am finding that I am not as sluggish and actually feel better on a little less sleep. Sodium out overnight?
Say that yesterday I had a high sodium day of 4000. If I drank my 8 glass of water or more, would most of that be flushed out in 24 hours? Or does it take longer depending on metabolism to get that out? To see a difference on the scale and body.
