Carb Coma?

Hey there,
I just wanted to share about my weekend. I have been eating fairly well. Much more balanced anyway. So this weekend I ate how I would normally have eaten. I still counted (went over a bit) but was just doing what WAS normal. I was sooo tired both days, dragging, falling asleep in the chair, etc.

Realized late last night that I had eaten WAY more carbs that I currently do and that was basically all I had eaten. Well sure there was some protein and veggies but 90% was carbs. When a person says lifestyle change they mean it. I had not eaten that badly in 2 months and the effect it had on me was amazing. I now can say that I HATED the way I felt. I do not want to go back to that again. I am glad in a sense that I did eat that badly this weekend so I believe how much better life is when you eat balanced.

So now it is Monday and I am "detoxing". Whew lets move on and not go back!
