Hi there,
I am on day 5 of 30 day shred and I am getting shakey shortly after I start and get leg twitches like I do when I get restless leg. Last night I was shaking and was light headed after I was done.Hubby thinks I am not getting enough carbs.
So my question is this: Say I eat some more carbs...Should I feel better the very next day or will it take a few days of upping carbs before I quite shaking.
I realize that my calories were really low the past couple of days. feel free to check diary. Trying to fix that but I find that when I have extra calories I end up eating cookies not healthy stuff.

do you eat something immediately after your workout? Try doing that.. something simple like 8 oz of chocolate milk or a bottle of ensure to get your muscle this carb/protein combo you need and support muscle recovery & building.0 -
Dinner usually follows within about 15 minutes of working out.0
