snacks for when I feel peckish? ? ideas?

Hi! I tend to feel peckish quite often but I wanna eat healthier/cleaner/lower calorie snacks. Any ideas on what I should snack on??

Handful of nuts - almonds or pistachios, apple slices with peanut butter!0

baby carrots are my go to snack. I portion out some ranch so I don't go crazy with that. But I could snack on carrots all day..0

Baby carrots and Bolthouse Farms dressing is my go to.
Also PopChips but the key there is to open the bag, COUNT out how many you are going to eat and then put the bag away before eating even one!0 -
Lots of brands have 100 calorie bags of microwave popcorn. Or you can get a special bowl for about 8 bucks online or in stores to microwave your own loose popcorn, saving some money and calories over the microwave kind.0

^^ Here Here^^ One of my favorite words! Depending on where I'm at with my calorie goal I hit the carrots for their crunch and low caloric impact or an apple for its juicy sweetness. During the evening I'll often eat a single serving 100 cal bag of microwave popcorn.0 -
handful of almonds, pumpkin seeds, or an apple with some almond butter. Delicious. Protein is best to snack on, as it fills you up and keeps you full longer0

how often d o you feel peckish? do you need more food in your meals?
anyway - my go to's:
plain yoghurt
2 slices hard cheese, low fat
rice cakes with peanut butter
homemade granola bars.
nuts
fruit
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
hummus, wtih veg and/or rice cakes0 -
saltines work for me. (i like whole wheat.) 60 calories for 5. carrots and uncooked green beans are good, too!0

Cucumber
Humous
Babybels (or 20g of cheese)
Almonds (10 of them is just under 100 cals)
Banana
Rice cakes
Greek Yogurt
Sunflower Seeds
Popcorn
Wasabi Peas
Sugar Snap Peas

Banana with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter smeared over it. Soooo good!0

if you crave for sugar raisins, mango
banana is another snack, but I only have them if I am very hungry and have to wait for a long time till dinner
carrots and celery are very low in calorie and fills you up
low fat yogurt0 -
huge block of cucumber is ALWAYS my go to. especially in the summer. and it's completely guilt free.
or. for those days when you want a bit more taste, olives are fabulous xx0 -

My snacks include:
Triscuits with Laughing Cow Cheese, half an avocado topped with 2TB of salsa, a small apple, jalapeno string cheese, sweet chili flavored pistachios (be sure to measure these out, I usually eat around 1/3 cup), PB2 with Triscuits or carrots, hummus and carrots/sugar snap peas, vegan jerky, pieces of bell pepper dipped in Greek yogurt mixed with salsa, raspberries or blueberries
All under 150 calories0 -
