Sorry for your loss and I wonder if you have gone to grief counseling. My thought is that if you deal with the loss then the binge eating might fix itself on its own. I understand it has been a few years but often we think that we have dealt with it when in fact we have not. Keep your chin up!

Its not the beers themselves, but the snack food that almost always comes with drinking.

When I add in a meal, I do put it in the recipe section. I try to figure out what a serving is, say 3/4 cup (6 Oz) of sauce. then do the math to figure out how many servings I have in the recipe.by adding up all of the ingredients. Its close enough for me.

I LOVE my Orange, Passion Fruit, and Jasmine green tea by Lipton. Its not too sweet, I do add a tsp of sugar or splenda.

Sorry i had my septum fixed but not the sinuses. I would think that for a week of having the splint up your nose and anything else would be worth it to be able to breath better and not have consistant pain. I wish you the best of luck.

Last night we went out to eat and ordered what i normally would have (minus dessert) 6 months ago. However now i couldn't finish it. It wasn't necessarily how high in calories, just the volume of food...yikes.

I thought i was a little flabby, chubby. Started having heart palpatations and so got it checked out. Found out my cholesterol was high and that when i was sitting my chub was pushing up against everything and making my heart go wonky. Cut 20 lbs so far and no more heart issues.

i do both. However Just know that if you hardboil them that they take a couple min longer to get done all the way through. I don't know if the white is just that much thicker or what the issue is but it takes just a little more.

i guess it depends on if you are eating a measured portion or just going until you feel full. I can suck up some food in no time at all. I would probably eat double/triple my allotted calories if it wasn't portioned due to how fast i eat and my stomach giving me the stop signal.

I created my own excercise and use a HRM. There is too much difference in your effort to be recorded acurately.

it is used for a couple of things, 1) to get your topic back up to the top of the list. 2) to put it into "MY TOPICS" it keeps your last 25 posts for easy reference. No stupid questions =)

Yes I found that until my daughter started sleeping through the night at 4 yrs old, I would fuel up on carbs/sugar trying to get energy. Even now when she has a bad night and I am up, i do nothing but crave those horrible things( donuts, candy, cookies, red bull ). I get good sleep consistantly and i have the energy to…

Yes it may have been easier for her to lose the weight, it will be also be easier for it to find her again when she resumes eating bread. Unless you have some sort of intolerance/allergy to a certain type of food, don't cut it out completely, learn to portion.

I weigh daily as I am trying to watch my trends with what i eat, but i only record it on Wednesdays.

I hate coffee so i do the red bull...Someone had to! I guess it depends on if you worry about the other things that are in red bull... me Don't care that much. I don't have one every day.

If you are losing inches then i would say that nothing is wrong at all. The scale is not the end all be all.

Unless you have a restriction like an allergy or vegan etc, you can eat whatever, just in moderation. Lots of veggies, lean meat, eggs, the list is endless. I can't imagine that your meal plan as you have listed makes up to the 1780 calories... So just add in healthy stuff =)

I would think that if you did anything from Panda it would be to much on your stomach to work out on... the thought makes ME want to hurl..lol Go with the shake.

I don't think that it seems that high to me. We spend about $150/week for 2 adults and a 5 yr old. I try to watch and buy canned goods on sale but prices of groceries have really gone up in the past year or so. What I could get for $100 is now costing me $150. There are a lot of women who eat a lot more than 1200 calories and lose. These would be the women that lift/workout and realize that eating 1200 calories does nothing but make you hate life..lol I eat 1700 and could probably eat more but this works for me right now.

I do Jillian Micheals 30 day shred which has a little bit of weights in but I do have to wear my brace for lunges and squats. Its somethign to get you started and I use 3 lb weights right now. I am pretty sure you can get the videos on You Tube.
