BF% and inches success :)

I did, as a lot of us have before being 'enlightened' ;), crash dieted, lost a load of weight but was hungry, tired and just fed up. I then stopped losing weight and had barely any energy for workouts. So, I did some reading up and thanks to people like Dan and others who post about TDEE and strength training I have in the last 3 weeks...

- put on 1lb BUT

- lost 1" all over

- gone from 25% body fat to 22%!

I am utterly thrilled that I am eating PROPERLY (I also watch my macros 40-30-30 although still getting to grips so a few little slip ups), have bags of energy, my skin is better and clearer, I am sleeping better, far better mood and enjoying my food again! I am trying not to focus on the scales now but would ideally like to shift another 5lbs so eating at TDEE minus 10% and doing body weight strength training 3 times a week (as sadly cannot afford gym to lift heavy).

So although it is a smaller success than others on my 4'11" frame this is VERY noticable so a huge thank you to everyone who has contributed on threads which have helped me find the way :)
