Hello
I got some duck eggs, thought that it would be a nice change, do you think that I should boil or scramble them?
Or perhaps someone has a better idea?

i do both. However Just know that if you hardboil them that they take a couple min longer to get done all the way through. I don't know if the white is just that much thicker or what the issue is but it takes just a little more.0

I boil them in the kettle. I boil once, leave for 4-5 minutes, reboil, leave for another 4-5 minutes then put them in cold water before the fridge. I eat them cold.0
