Old habits

So yesterday I went to my favorite local diner and ordered what I usually eat there. It ended up being a 1300 calorie breakfast! After I logged everything it made me take a step back and think to myself, "I cannot believe I used to eat like this everyday!" I think about the healthy lifestyle changes I have made and feel very proud of myself for finally being good to my body. Is there anything that you look back on and are just like "wow, I can't believe I used to do that?"

    All the time! I spent last weekend just drinking whatever and eating whatever.....It is amazing how quickly things like potato and macaroni salad add up. I really had to step back and say yes its great for a little treat, but you can't eat like that often. I drank almost my days calories..YIKES! ...I am still learning by all means and I have a ways to go. But glad I am trying to change.
