How do you know THEY look the same? Maybe they will think that you have lost TONS of weight. Or in reality they will not notice either way or will not comment.

Starting it over today! I got to level 3 before I got sick and I tell you that there was a difference in inches. I was toned up and feeling hot! I don't think I had lost but a 1lb or 2 but was WAYYY more toned in just 25 days (took days off) You have nothing to lose but Inches!

right now fresh fruits and veggies are cheap! See if there is a farmers market or stand in your area. That is usually a pretty good deal. Reap the benefits of summer.

Oh I feel your pain. I have had to make a conscience effort to eat slowly. I read while I eat dinner so I try to make sure that I am taking a bite every couple of pages, instead of just shoveling it in.

I did it just a couple of months ago. It was a nice way to start things off. The shakes have improved in the past few years to have more protein to help you stay full longer but it is still just liquid. Is he buying lots of junk? I just wonder how he is getting heavy if your doing the healthy cooking? He is an adult so you can't make him do anything. I wonder if you sat and told him you are worried about his health if he would blow you off?

Our little library had Zumba, and some Jillian Michaels DVD's to try. They were great to see if that was something that I wanted to do do before I spent lots of money on DVD's. Lunges, squats, all good things!

Are you consistantly getting lower results? I found that a couple of times that I didn't have the chest strap wetted down enough and another time it wasn't centered right so I got a WAAAY lower rate for excercise that I had consistantly done.

It means your carbs, fat, protien. By adjusting them you can help your weight loss. Some people are on a lower carb diet or a high protien. In addition to watching the calorie count you try to keep those macros in line as well. I can not recommend one way or the other as to what they should be % wise. It all depends on if…

before you start entering lots of stuff yourself, see if you can use what is there. The item may be 3 oz and you only used 1.5 oz so put in that you ate .5 serving. I do that a lot so that I am not changing the item itself just how much I used of it.

You won't know until you try it. As you are getting a head start on the 30 DS you will know if your body can handle doing extra. OR you could alternate the shred with the elipitcal.

Are you eating different foods than usual? If you are adding in more veggies or yogurt then it may be your body adjusting.

I recently asked a friend what sort of diet or fitness goal he was going for since he closed out his diary with over 800 calories left and it was too early in the day..He replied back it was the App on phone, Butt dialing diet..LOL OPPS

Personally I find that if I eat Mcd's then I am sluggish the next day. Sure I have it once in a while but while its not the best thing its certainly not the worst either. Try to cut back to 1 time a week maybe. Its so easy to fall in and soon you are eating it 5 times a week.

I try to space out my snacks so that at the end of the day after I have excercised I am not trying to eat 1000 cals at dinner. I hate going to bed stuffed. I pre-log my meals so that I know if I should have some nuts or a spoonful of PB before dinner and am not scrambling at 9 pm to get close to calories needed.

My motivation is how good I feel mentally when I am done working out. For me it is a HUGE attitude adjustment. I can be all snarky and then go workout and the hubby says that I am like a new woman.

personally it does for me. However its the "bad sugar, ie not from fruit" that does it. If i have a bit of something junky sweet then it seems like I want nothing else but sweet and its hard to get out of that mode.
