  • I found that running outside or biking outside is sometimes a lot more enjoyable even though it's the same stuff you could do at the gym you have more scenery and you get the feeling of "being one with nature" and sometimes that works for people!
  • If you've been working out it also could be that you're gaining muscle? Muscles weighs more than fat so you could be gaining weight but actually looking more toned.
