Finally being able to jump on to a Step (with three raisers, hopefully soon to be four!) with my legs open, and doing a grand total of 170 jumping jacks when three months ago I couldn't finish 40!!

I'll go ahead and add you since we're pretty much on the same weight right now and have the same goals :-)

I'm 18, 5'1" and weight 186 lbs as of Friday. Started on 204lbs, my first goal is getting to 170lbs because I remember I still looked good --- just this time I'll be toned! Oooh hello there twin! We've even lost about the same amount <3

I know how you feel. On my birthday, my friends baked me a cake; that morning I'd told one of them I had lost 15lbs, and that same afternoon, after I had a slice of the cake she said to me "You just gained those 15lbs back" and she might've been joking, but it still hurts to see people think you won't succeed. No one cares…

THIS!! Followed by "You DO IT, you don't THINK IT". Also a friend once said to me: “The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.”

Proper squats, lunges, burpees and (women) push-ups. Also added 5lbs to my strength training.

I am also 5'1" and I know how you feel. Whether I gain or lose, people always tell me it looks like I've gained/lost more than that. I stay between 1200 and 1400 cal, exercising for two to three hours, six days a week with two hours of strenght training and a rest day. :)

Hi! I see we're the same age and looking to lose about the same amount of weight. I'm having the same problem, so feel free to add me! Also, nice picture :)

I've struggled with losing weight since I was 11, when I had barely 20 pounds to lose. 20 became 30, then 40, then 60, then 70... obviously, never succeeding. Often losing 5-10 lb and qutting, back in March I had an outburst and said that was it: I was going to get enrolled back in the gym in the summer and do it right.…
