I just started it yesterday and my heart rate monitor does calorie burn calculation based on your heart rate/age/weight - its not a perfect science, but its a place to start. any good heart rate monitor will calculate your calorie burn as well. Started P90X yesterday. My arms/chest are jello today. Tonight is plyo. Fun stuff right there.
