I eat whatever I want on the weekend but I stay very active when I do. Being active is not just the gym - cleaning house, playing with the children, and all those other chores. Now if I am am doing the power slug thing and not active I watch what I eat. Remember that it takes 3500 calories to make a pound plain and simple.

Been there done that. Those Fad Diets remove weight fast and bring it back faster. I guess I have also learned that this is not a diet it is life change and life skills that we can continue. Cannot imagine only eating meat and cheese the rest of my life.

Eat those extra calories or not is your choice. I never went over my daily allowance and I always exercised. I found that I lost more than the number of pounds that MFP gave me.
