I totally understand! Every time that I get down like 10, 15lbs, whatever...I kinda sabotage myself, and I then I allow myself to eat that donut, or drink that coffee a few days in a row, or weeks in a row, cause it's ok, I already lost like 15lbs...when in reality I still have lots to go, and the weight will slowly creep…
