Thanks Everyone! I'm trying so hard so at the moment the difference means a lot i'm really struggling not to give up! I think I will chose a day and time and use the gym scales (maybe the home ones can be a detterant at the weekends!!)

hey I used to have this so I did some research! I learnt that a diet coke and vodka is 50 cals... I can normally guess how many i'll have so first thing in the morning I pop them in...if we are going out for dinner that night I get the menu and plan what i'm going to have and pop that in. Well I did the class yesterday wearing my shinny new heart rate monitor and I burnt 477 cals in 43 mins I was shocked i enjoy it so much I didn't think I burnt that much!! 1'm 5"3 and weigh 144 (not sure it that helps!)
