I had exactly the same thing. i started with weights and swimming.. fast forward 3 years and I know do Spin, and hours jogging and i'm starting back at pole. It will never be the same again unfortunatley but I have built up the muscles that support it i guess... my gym instructor got me to do alot of lunges with weights…

I am really struggling i did 3 days of attack and now i'm on 1/1 cruise but I just need something - i've opted for extra strong mint - 10 calaories a mint... i'm staying at my BF's at the mo but when I get home tonight i'm gonna be all over Meringue!

thanks :-) I still put weight on but i think it could have been soo much worse... back on track today and back in the gym... i'm very fortunate that I have a lovely lady that works here that did diet chef and had amazing results every day she reminds me that it is possible and not to give up!
