Fat loss Percentage in 3 weeks
Gang, I don't know much about fat % but i weighted my self on the machine in the gym on the 7th may and again yesterday (21st) and there's a 2% loss is that to much too quickly? i'm worried maybe i'm not eating enough fat? I've changed everything I eat (even turned down cake yesterday!)

Heart Rate monitor - do you deduct TDEE from the count?

Hi i started the course on Thursday...buy saturday I was doubled over in spams and watery diareoah - it lasted 2 days, the cramps...well I still have them although not as severe but this is day 3 - they only seem to have calmed down after I cheated and had a handful of nachos... ...has anyone else experienced this?
