Calorie calculation help needed

Ok so i've just carried 7kg of icing for 20 mins from one address to another - how can I calculate calories burned?

    I would enter it as 20 minutes of "walking, 2.5 mph, leisurely pace." Carrying 15 lbs. is nothing, really.

    there is a walking carrying 15lb infant option, kinda similar in weight

    I think if you eat the icing while walking it evens out in the end doesn't it?

    yeah that is a daily activity, I wouldn't count exercise... if we counted everything we did all day as exercise then we would never get in the gym

    Really? Ok I just thought that's heavy for me and I'd put weight lifting in if I did it for 20mins as I sit at a desk for 10 hours a day....
