Fat loss Percentage in 3 weeks

Gang,

I don't know much about fat % but i weighted my self on the machine in the gym on the 7th may and again yesterday (21st) and there's a 2% loss

is that to much too quickly? i'm worried maybe i'm not eating enough fat?

I've changed everything I eat (even turned down cake yesterday!)

    I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know with those machines they recommend using first when you wake up, before a shower, drinking water and before working out. If you did any of these things the first time you did the measurements it may have given you a larger percentage and therefor may have been an incorrect reading.

    I did them both at 7pm before my work out.. maybe I will try on saturday morning!

    These machines are only a good rough guideline, but not always that accurate. The %age can also be affected by your hydration levels. I wouldn't worry too much about the apparent 2% drop. Look for the longer term trend overall. Good going though, well done.
