I eat dinner at home before I come to work. Just had a snack a bowl of strawberries, I grab breakfast from the cafateria before I leave in the morning. Usually eggs and oatmeal.

A better option would be to ask her to go for a nightly walk, join a gym with her, tell her you are going to try to eat better and ask her if she would like to try a healthier lifestyle with you. There are ways to get her to do better for herself without hurting her feelings.

Do you have pasta, canned soup, frozen veggies on hand already? You could buy a beef roast. Have pot roast 1 night, beef and noodles 1, beef tacos one, veggie beef soup. There are lots of ways to turn 1 piese of meat such as whole chicken, beef roast, or pork roast into multiple dinners.
