of course, EVERY reason for weight loss can be used unhealthily, but what I love about this site is not one reason is something like "to see my collar bones" or "to have visible abs" or "for a thigh gap." The posts on this site are submitted by real people with real weight loss goals.

i just got back from vacation and actually lost a pound!! The trick is to eat breakfast and lunch as close to as how you would eat it at home, and every time you eat out just pick the lowest calorie thing on the menu (usually a salad...).
