The BEST motivation that I've found...

There has been a lot of talk about posts on the web labelled "thinspo," which are basically pictures of stick-thin girls used as motivation to lose weight (often times in a very unhealthy way), but recently I've stumbled across a tumblr that I personally find very inspiring. The girl who runs it posts pictures of cute outfits she wants to buy, as well as reasons why her followers have told her that they want to lose weight. HOWEVER, she actually screens out all of the ones that could be used as motivation for unhealthy things!! I think that this website is genius and amazing, and whenever I feel a binge urge coming on I just scroll through all of the motivational quotes and feel so much better You all should check it out, and let me know what you think!

'Reason to lose weight - to feel tiny in his hands'
That is one of the driving forces that kept me anorexic for sometime, or striving for a low weight.
Hard for someone of 5'10 to be at a weight they feel light enough to be lifted up by a boyfriend.
For some reason, that particular thing became very important to me, and evidently, from it being on that site with the image it is with, others are motivated by the same thing. To be light enough to lift, to feel small compared to their man.0 -
of course, EVERY reason for weight loss can be used unhealthily, but what I love about this site is not one reason is something like "to see my collar bones" or "to have visible abs" or "for a thigh gap." The posts on this site are submitted by real people with real weight loss goals.0
