  • Yea I have a weight watchers one that I really like, but its in storage right now. And the one at my dads isn't digital. ( Staying at my dads while my husband is in Afghanistan.) So I really want to get a good one and saw the curves one in my avon book.

  • Good morning everyone. I've been doing pretty well with my eating these past couple days. I gotta get back into my exercise routine though . I try to walk 4-5 miles 6 days a week and do an exercise dvd everyday. I have been doing good with my walking, but not with the videos..so gotta get back on that.

  • Well I have another big picnic this weekend! Tomorrow is our family reunion and I my family is full of awesome cooks! I am feeling pretty motivated though. So I will do my best to stick to the fruit and veggie trays.

  • Im looking forward to weighing in tomorrow, but scared that once again I wont see much of a loss. I have really stepped up my game this week. Staying under my 1200 calories, plus walking atleast 30 min. a day, if not 60. Plus doing a 30 minute workout tape each day. I just really want to get under 160! lol

  • I felt great about yesterday. I walked 2 miles and ran just over 1. and then went for a bikeride last night that about 4 miles. I stayed under my 1200 cals.
