  • Id stay away from the tempura, but I get sushi once a week, thats usually my healthy cheat! :o) I normally get the avocado, tuna or salmon. The entire meal is about 600 cals. not bad!

  • Hi everyone, Ive been MIA lately. Helped a friend move then I moved myself, so been pretty busy. My husband should be home next month!!! So I am getting ready for his return!!! WOO HOO I am sooo freaking excited! Haven't weighed in this week, its TOM so I will let you all know Monday!

  • I started the 30 day shred today. I am interested in how well it will work. It definitely kicks your butt. I am getting back on track with the eating. Trying to curb my cravings again... why I ever got away from eating super healthy in the first place.. I dont know,, because its a pain to get back on track lol.
