I've been thinking about posting this as a new topic, but thought I'd ask here first. Has anyone had problems with loose skin? This is my biggest concern as I start down my weight loss journey. Everyone has made such great progress!

I did the workout one time when I first got the DVD (like 6 months ago) I was sore for at least 5 days! Although I wasn't doing any workouts during that time. I've been seeing a trainer for about 6 weeks now and I'm about to try 30DS again in a few days! Just wanted to wish you luck, you won't be doing it alone!

I started out using the MFP numbers, but quickly learned that they were almost double what my calculations were. My trainer did mention that it could take several weeks for my body to adapt to all the new stuff so...hopefully it will! Thanks for the tips. :)

Good question! My #1 goal has always been education, so graduating from college (2 semesters away!) is major! I'd also like to start doing some fitness competitions (Rebel Run, Zombie Dash, Color Run, etc.)....without dying!

Thanks for replying! I am enjoying the gym. It doesn't hurt that my friends also go there, and I'm recently single so I get so bored at home in the evenings.
