Let us know how you get on. A little mind trick when you get to 45 min say to yourself I do another 2 mins that's 47 and at 47 say I do 1 more min the your at 48 you have 2 mins then to run, say all I need is 2 mins more I can do that. You would have run 50 mins, it's a start.

Of course your right, but due to debt and other pressures I created myself I'm in a bit of a spot. Yesthe devil has played me and like a moron I allowed it.

I change my setting to slighty actice, I now have 1360 calories daily allowance. That seems better.

Yes it is but if you balance it with the right minerals like calcium,magnesium and potassium it not so bad. I do try for lower salt but I also take mineral supplements to help balance my body. MFP is fantastic for tracking you body intakes very 21st Century.

I have some serious blood pressure issues, I got two choices tablets or weight loss and exercise. I don't want tablets and my weight loss program I set myself failed on the whole. So I don't have the choice for relaxed weight loss.

Thanks for help, I have decided to leave it just how it is for the whole first week, to get a kick start then up my activie level to lightly active at the end of that period. Once again thanks for all your help.

I do exercise some weeks, but am busy with work most of the time and I get home late some evenings. Never done any last week. At best I manage gym twice a week. in last 3 weeks I have been gym twice.

I just check settings I have entered correct, male want to lose 2 lb per week, I also put my exercise goal is 2x100 mins exercise which I ain't managed this week.

My start weigh was 204 lbs my height is 5,6 1/2 but set to 5,7 here. I'm male aged 45. My profile is set to Sedentary as I drive a cement mixer truck and am sitting most of the day. Well back then I was a lot more spritial in commitment tbh and I would only get Kosher meat. I was following the biblical laws very closely. So because of where I lived it was hard to get hold of Kosher meat so I was veggie 99% of time. These days I have very little time on my hands and things are a lot harder for me.

I have only ever been to my Local one in London, it seemed to have at least 50 members probably more I wasn't counting tbh. I will go again soon but I'm not a SDA but I known the Sabbath should be kept. I do know one of the deacons at my local SDA. How is the USA ?

I was a veggie 99% of the time some years back and went for weeks even months without meat. These days I'm looking to cut out red meat and even dairy. I will eat what is in my freezer and fridge though first.

I'm not, but here in London there is a local SDA, I've been a few times. I hope to move soon and where I'm moving too there is a SDA church.

I got EASA 2 the Adventures game that came with it and Motion Sports, Uncaged Fighters and a pre owned Sonic Free Riders. Plus a mat and some arm and leg weights and a set of light weights. Thank for your input peps :)
