Hi, from the UK. you are not doing as bad as you think with Blood Pressure, I recorded a 197/96 over the weekend. Though I was a bit ill last week and ran out of BP medicine the last 2 weeks. What I have found in the past walking lowers BP if done regularly. We can do it.

@fat2fit4good when you juice or use a Nurtibullet you are full from what you have. @mnsmileys I had the same problem when I juice but what I found out really quickly are 3 things that chance the flavor 1) Ginger 2) Pineapple 3) Berries.
