I fell off the wagon for a few months as well, have been back at it for about 3 weeks now.

I was that way with Mt. Dew. I began buying only fountain soda, and mixing the regular Mt. Dew with Diet, gradually increasing the diet. As I did that, I began drinking less because I didn't like the taste as much. Now when I'm craving soda I take a sip from my husbands can of Mt Dew and I'm good.

I work 7p-7a nights, and usually work out on my break around 1am. On my off days, I work out either when I first wake up (if it's before my daughter...so 5am) or after she goes to bed (830pm). My sleep doesn't seem to be affected, but it's hard to tell with my crazy sleep schedule anyway.

Beans (I now LOVE black beans epecially) and sweet potatoes (though in savory preparations only. No marshmallows or brown sugar, please and thank you.)
-
I aim for 1670 net, but am usually anywhere between 1350-1800.

I weigh and record every Sunday morning. I'll step on the scale a few more times during the week out of curiosity, but I don't record it and don't let it get to me.
-
warm up and cool down is usually 3.5mph. If I'm not feeling like running, then I'll walk at 4mph and vary the incline.
-
I have a drink every few weeks or so, mostly because of my work schedule. I'd probably keep it to a couple nights a week, and no more than 2 at a time.

I work 7pm-7am and also have a daughter at home. Pre-planning my days, and tracking midnight to midnight works best for me. When I don't preplan my food and exercise I do terribly!
-
I have to agree with those who recommend eating more. And also, give your body a break. You don't need to exercise every day, your body needs time to rest :)
-
I mix an 8oz container of plain non-fat with a tbsp of honey, then coat a pint of blueberries in it and freeze. Yummy little treat!
-
Ditto some of the previous posters. However, your body should get acclimated to your increase in water consumption so you won't always be peeing every 5 minutes (though you'll likely still go more frequently than you were before)

Work out consistently and at least 4 days/week. Lose 5 pounds.
-
Roasted in the oven with a little olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper! Or grilled during the summer.

This list is almost perfect....except I can't stand Metallica :/ lol

I'm a music junkie and will listen to pretty much anything. Rock is by far my favorite, and my favorite for working out, too. Chevelle is my number 1, but also Sevendust, Breaking Benjamin, Five Finger Death Punch, Saliva, Papa Roach, etc.

I weigh in the AM, about 30 mins after I wake up. I also weigh daily, record weekly. I'm kind of a control freak, and weighing daily keeps me happy, so it works. I don't stress over the number, but if I notice I'm up 2 pounds from the day before it gets me to drink more water :)

I have PCOS. I successfully lost 50 pounds a few years ago, and got pregnant pretty easily. I'm currently 16 pounds from my lowest adult weight and have lost 27 pounds since December. It is possible! I still deal with unwanted hair, as well as thinning and loss of my hair. I have tried a prescription hair removal cream…
-
I started in December at 219, and was down to 199 by March. Then promptly fell off the wagon and gain 7 pounds. Joined MFP in April and have since lost 13 pounds. Total weight loss is 26.8 pounds in 7 months.

I'm still aiming for 30 by October 27, even though I stumbled a bit for a week or so. I figure if I aim for 30 and lose 20, that's still a great accomplishment (and will put me at my GW for my wedding which is October 27!)

I carry a 32 oz camelbak with me everywhere. Like others, I seem to do so much better when I only have to drink "2 glasses" compared with 8. And the straw is a bonus!

Olives & Meatloaf.

Reese's. Those damn things will get me every time.
