i noticed that its easier to lose proper running form when you're outside.. i suppose being on the road with more distractions could be it. when i lose form i get tired much quicker...so i've been really trying to slow it down, watch your form and keep practicing. In time, it'll get better.

Hmm, wonder if thats why i'm not dropping weight much these days... perhaps i should recalculate stuff miself i'm 5'5" 173lbs, havent changed the goals in a bit. (i've been doing 1250... work out about 3-4 days a week)

you definitely need a scale that measures by the gram or .1 of an ounce. there are bigger kitchen scales, but that wont do.

*giggle* Anyway, yea...When i first started MFP i bought a digital food scale and weighed EVERYthing. its been 8 months..you'd be surprised how little (or a lot) things weigh and that you could have been underestimating before. i can eyeball things now, but i still use it.

BMI is only one measurement.. which feels like crap to me. try to think about how healthy you are, how u feel about how you look and so on.

lost 41 pounds without stepping foot in a gym. MFP, Zumba DVDS/Wii, Just dance series on Wii, Walking/Running around my neighbourhood. I just started the gym last week, mostly to take note of what they give me to do with proper form and such so i can do it on my own after :-p

We boil them a lot in Jamaica and eat them instead of rice and so on. Normally, we just peel them and boil them OR.. i like to boil it, mash it like u would potatoes.. put a lil butter or something in... good times. (isnt great cold tho... so eat quickly) ^^^^ Green bananas that is. Ripe ones we just eat.
