  • I had a good weekend too, and am also only up 0.2 pounds since Friday. My positive thing from the weekend is that I logged all of my food this weekend, which is usually not the case. I am excited for our first "official" weigh in tomorrow!

  • At this point, for me, just getting back to staying in my calorie range would be a huge improvement. My macros are set to 50% carbs, 30% fat, and 20% protein, which I'm assuming is the default, as I didn't even know you could change these. When I eat at my calorie target consistently, this seems to be a good balance for me.

  • I'm 4'10" and lost almost 50 pounds in 2012 using MFP. I hit a plateau and maintained around that weight for over a year, but have been backsliding in the last few months and have regained 8 pounds or so. My goal weight is 115, but honestly I'd be happy to be in the 120's. I'm finding it very difficult to get back on track.
