Just to start the thread early...
Here's what we'll do.
If you are comfortable, write in your weight last week (also our group's starting weight) and your weight. I think most of you did do this, just repost when you post tomorow. I'm using my weight from last Monday as that is when I reset my ticker. All of wiegh ins will now be on Tuesday.
I find it most accurate in the morning in birthday suit after having used the restroom. But, weigh the same as you always do, so as to not mess with results.

ya I gained thanks to week before TOM and stupid new quesarito at taco bell that got me.... FYI - its 650 calories...so don't do it!!! I didn't look until after I devoured it...and other taco bell goodies. (hangs head in shame)
BUT - I did get up this morning and work out!!!0 -
Last week - 198. This week - 194.
I believe that to be mostly water weight - but I'll take it!
I'm trying to keep my sugars below 55 g a day, including fruit. Other than my Sunday splurge, it's usually been under 40 g. Win, win!!
Great job ladies - things come up, life happens. Little gains this week may result in large losses next week!0 -

up 2ish pounds... i made some poor choices this weekend into tuesday but i'm back on track today!! hoping next week ill be back to last weeks weight.0 -

As a group, we are still down this week! That's amazing!!
Life happens, and we're not going to be able to control it, so little gains are no big deal if we look at the bigger picture. If our gains help point us towards healthier choices, that's a wonderful thing.

You ladies beat me to it! I was going to start a new thread. I'll still start one to have more respond there.
I overdid it this weekend, but I'm still down 0.5 lb this week. Yay - 4.5 in two weeks. I'd like to lose another 5.5 in two more weeks, but I know most of the first week was water weight. We'll see what happens!!
