I googled and they say every 4.2 sweat points is one calorie..I just round up to 5 it is easier to figure out.... good luck gals..:))

you fill your house and lunch bag with better choices .... So when you want something sweet you have a sugar free pudding or something salty have some rice cakes... and even tea with splenda or flavored water... yesterday I ate 600 calories over my target and I felt horrible.However I went to the store today and bought some stuff to keep me on track..You can do it I believe in you and our cause....

cool..I have off and on for a while now... I lost 75 pounds then gained like 50 pounds back.. but I am not going to give up this time.. what about you??
