I'm a wine drinker, and I often find I just want to quaff something. There are a few of these low alcohol wines around- had a bottle of that last weekend and it was fine, drank it at the same rate, too.

I agree! I ignored the half-stone I've carried for my adult life until it reached an excess stone, which I'm now trying to lose. Suppose it's quite good that it tells you that as your weight goes down, so should you calorie allowance. Would like to see an allowance for weight maintenance once the target is reached.

Lurpak lighter is delicious, and is always soft and melty for fresh bread. It's a butter blend so it's fewer calories. Marge and olive spread are a waste of calories IMHO as they taste so nasty.

Well I know that my pace / level of exertion is accurate. On an average weekday I walk at 4mph for 30 minutes, and cycle on an exercise bike at a moderate level for 45 minutes. MFP calculates this at around 500 calories burned for both.

I actually find it easier, as if I’m in the office for most of the day, I can’t nip out for snacks, and only have the food I’ve prepared.
