Weight training included in TDEE?
So i set my TDEE at light activity (I work out four times a week for 45 mins) and then log and eat back any additional calories burned. I'm waiting for my new resistance bands to come in the post, which I intend to use for an hour a week in total. Should I up my calories once I start using these? I imagine it to be a…

My current target on a weekday is 1400 calories, but I normally end up eating 1900 with exercise-gained calories. I have a cheat day at the weekend, but this never adds more than 1000 calories. Thinking about not logging exercise…
