Ha! Look at that - I did use it wrong. Thank you for that, appreciate it. =)

Lol! That really made me laugh out loud.

is that a trick question?

I think this thread has motivated me to go cold turkey too. Starting now :)

Fenrir Greyback is my real name. munch. munch.

I'd be too scared to try this one. But I might try with just olives, that sounds interesting
-
I've tried it with scrambled eggs and fresh basil leaves.. HEAVEN!

Thank you :)

Personally I use Nescafe. I think it is the greatest thing after slice bread. But I've tried with a lot of different brands and the results are the same.

If you are a coffee drinker and haven't tried it. I *highly* recommend this. One scoop of any brand's vanilla whey protein, 1/2 tablespoon instant coffee and skim milk. Put it in a shaker and carry it on your way to work early morning. OMG! I look forward to it every.single.morning. No need to add sugar or anything else to…

If I'm being honest, this was also part of the reason I was/am lazy with cardio.
-
I'm generally *decent* with cardio during the summer time (I live in Boston, so summer is not that long). Every year I'd go on 5-6 respectable hikes, kayaking, sailing and recently have started doing 30 mile bike trails twice a month. Strictly as a cardio endurance perspective, does it matter if you do all your cardio one…

Feel free to add me. I am at my target weight (was not too far out to begin with) but I've been working out religiously (4+ days a week) for years now and only recently got equally serious about my diet.

Hey guys, just got back home after buying the bike. The bike looks great. Everything is brand new. I bought it for $200! He said he had a few other bikes that he was interested in selling and were of my height. He'd be sending me those pics too. Until then - what do you think? I'm so excited to show this off to my gf this…
-
So you recommend the second bike? He's agreed on $200 - planning to buy it tonight

This is the one I'm looking at: http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/bik/3003117869.html Btw, any thoughts on this: http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/bik/3002539734.html (for my GF, she's 5"8). The bike guys I have been renting from are extremely nice. They tuned up a friend's bike (during rush business hour) absolutely free.

I did go to two of the bike shops around the area to ask them if they had last year's bikes for sale. They don't :(. (Turns out you need a license to sell bikes as against just renting them?!) Will go to a few more and see what I can get. Will keep you all posted. Thanks much for all the advice! Edit: One last thing, any…

Touche! I'm going to be spending a lot more on the bike now aint I!

It is not that $400-$500 is an issue, I just don't want to commit to a bike that I am not 100% confident on using for a long time. I am not sure if biking is just a passing hobby or something I'm seriously enjoying. So far I have only been biking one day a week for a 30-35 mile trail (minuteman trail). I absolutely cannot…

I had the same question when I started. I am a male weighing in at 180 pounds. For males they say 1-1.5 gms per pound of weight. When I heard this, I was around 30 grams of protein on a GOOD day. But eventually, I've figured out what works for me and I am trying to cross 180 grams of protein per day. It is a conscious…
