Does it matter: Mixing protein shakes hours early?
So I read something along the lines of - protein shakes are not designed to be mixed with water/milk hours before you drink it. That one should mix it only if they plan to drink it immediately. Does this really matter? If I mix my protein shake in the morning and drink it in the evening, am I getting less benefits?

Getting stronger while losing weight
So I've been reducing my body fat %ge for the last 4 months. I'm down to 13% body fat from 22% body fat. I probably haven't done this the healthy way, but I reduced my carb intake dramatically. Good way to track workouts?
Anyone has any good suggestions on how to track workouts? I've never tracked workouts in past - I've always worked out hard but I think I will progress better by tracking my exercises week over week. Even if it is an excel file you maintain, looking for some quick easy ways to track.

What *don't* you track in your diary?
I am Indian and use a mirage of spices in all my cooking. I track all the major ingredients and anything I think might have more than 10-20 calories. But I do not track individual spices and servings used. What don't you track in your diary? Edit: I don't track coffee/water as well.

Cottage cheese with...?
What do you mix your cottage cheese with? As disgusting as it sounds, I seem to like adding half a table spoon of fat free chocolate syrup on 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese. I've tried with salt and pepper and although it tastes fine, I still have to push myself to eat that. Looking for more simple recipes =)
