What *don't* you track in your diary?

I am Indian and use a mirage of spices in all my cooking. I track all the major ingredients and anything I think might have more than 10-20 calories. But I do not track individual spices and servings used.
What don't you track in your diary?
Edit: I don't track coffee/water as well.

Spices and no-calorie drinks.0

Coffee and no fat creamer. No idea why. Never started I guess.0

I don't track things that have no calories.
I don't weigh things that have very low calorie density, but I do estimate and track those.
I don't track vitamins, which do have calories.0 -

same here, for the most part. i might be bringing in a few calories that i'm not counting, but i'm trying to maintain, not lose.0 -
herbs and spices.. i just can't deal with that level of detail because it would take me all day.
i dont track most vegetables i eat either. mainly because i dont really measure them.
some water i forget to log as well... tea and coffee
mustard0 -
Vegetables (I just cannot be bothered to figure out how much I ate... the height of laziness but trust me, I don't eat enough for it to add up to anything substantial).
Zero calorie drinks (one diet coke a day. I hardly need to track that).
Mayonnaise (I don't know why... I just never think to enter it).
Mustard (same as above).
Ketchup (same as above).
And that's it. I think.... haha.0 -
Mustard, spices/seasonings, and vitamins.0
-
Any vegetable that was 0 points in weight watchers. If I can eat an infinite amount of celery in one system, I can eat an infinite amount of celery in another system.0
-
The only things I don't track are diet sodas - I don't count them as water either, obviously. I just don't drink much soda in general, maybe a total of one soda per week, so I don't bother with it.0
-
Herbs and spices and no calorie drinks (water, coffee, tea, diet soda, etc.).
Everything else goes in there.0 -
Generally tomato and onion slices that I put on my sandwiches. I just don't find it significant enough to worry about.0
-
- Herbs & Spices
- Juice (the kind you water down) - I drink it everyday as I hate plain water, it's way too hard to measure out, but I estimated that it's only around 30 calories at the most in a day so there's no point really.
Everything else I track0 -
I track EVERYTHING besides toothpaste, but i'm not eating that!0
-
I don't track spices and coffee... I see no need for it!0
-
Water0
-
I don't track my alcohol consumption...because it's only once-twice a month I drink, and only a drink or two at most.
I sometimes don't track condiments, ketchup, mustart, mayo, but I have limited my intake to 1/2 tbsp per serving, so they're low cal/low fat anyway....0 -
I even track my vitamins.... so I don't think there is much I DONT track
I guessitmate on spices while cooking, but I always add in the salt and fat - condiments like ketchup/mayo add up FAST and I try to watch my sodium. I guess I don't pay much attention to pepper/cumin/coriander/curry etc..0 -
I don't track gum0
-
spices, creatine, fiber supplement, the spritz of olive oil in my eggs each morning, tastes of food while cooking.0
-
My gummy multivitamin. Food preparation. Usually trips to the store and things like that.
I do track spices most of the time, partly because one of my favorites is chili powder, which as a surprising amount of calories for a spice.0 -
I track EVERYTHING besides toothpaste, but i'm not eating that!
hahahaha love it.0 -
Water. I'm not big into tracking it in general. Maybe I should pay a little more attention, but it's calorie-less, so I don't worry about it too much.0
-
cookies.....i never track cookies! LOL!
Seriously though, I am with you. I don't track herbs mostly because of the time involved in tracking it. I do track almost everything else. However, there have been times when I added "extra calories" over all to my day because I took a small bite of a bagel or some other little nibble that is hard to account for.0 -
I tend to not track things with calories.0
-
Spices. Unless I enter it as a recipe, then I add the spices to that.0
-
I log just about everything - the reason I log most spices and herbs is that if i really enjoyed something I want to have something to refer to - I rarely follow recipes so it helps me0
-
black coffee and spices, if i use creamer i track that for some reason.0
-
I sometimes forget to log condiments. But not the ones with fat (mayo, dressing, etc.)0
-
Anything that I eat between meals, or late at night. Otherwise, I will go int the red and it depresses me.0
-
I don't track Vitamins, Mustard, seasonings and Spices.
I would/will track other condiments such as Ketchup and Mayo, and probably will track my fish oil supplement when it comes in (that's going to be over 100 cal a day so I need to track it).
I also don't track coffee (black) but track what I add -if it has calories. Don't track the Truvia, do track the Cream.0
