What *don't* you track in your diary?

I generally don't track vegetables or even fruit that I eat as a snack. If I decide to have a random orange or some carrots I guess I just feel that the calories are insignificant and that the nutritional value outweighs any negative impact on my calorific intake. Ill tack them if I have a meal, but if I just finished a workout and decide to have a banana the 70 calories IMO are not going to make or break my diet, what will is whether I decided to have a salad for lunch or a 6 dollar burger.0

Plain herbal hot tea...I drink a ton of it but limit my caffeine intake, so only 1 or 2 green teas a day, but I drink many other varieties.
Vitamins...nope, don't track those either.
Spices...I don't add salt to my food though and cook without salt.
A few low calorie non-starch veggies I top my salad with.
Water intake, but I'm always over 8 glasses anyway. I'm always thirsty and make plenty of bathroom runs because I can't put down the H2O. My husband thinks it's hilarious.
Everything else is meticulously tracked though.0 -
like many others: spices, gum and diet soda (non-caffeine) as I might only have one a week.
coffee I track because I'm trying to be conscious of how much I drink.
I also don't track the Vit D I take every morning or the mag.citrate I take at night (if I take it)0 -
I don't track spices, water, or medication. I've been taking Robitussin and cough drops, but I figure I'm buring off those calories with all my coughing anyway0
-
Spices. It's too tedious of a process for something that doesn't have calories most of the time.0
-
I don't track anything that has 0 caloric value, or only 5-10 calories per serving (like coffee, which I drink black).0
-
Alcohol!! Yep, I said it.
When I track alcohol and know I am going over due to that alone, I get the "screw it" attitude and just eat whatever. However, in the last two and a half weeks, I stopped tracking alcohol and only food and saw the scale moving down again. I think its because I stopped stressing about my food and just ate what I knew I should.0 -
I don't track water; I just don't see the point in it I rarely drink anything besides water so it isn't like I don't get enough of it and need to remind myself to drink it0

When I am logging, I log everything except water.0

I track everything but salt pepper and water. Even 0 calorie things like coffee and vinegar just so I can see what I put in my body every day!0
-
I do not track Redbull *zero.
Before, I did not track my splenda or gum, but realizing now that they have carbs and small traces of calories, I will!0 -
grocery store food samples.... today I had a cube of pepper jack, a 1/4 of a laughing cow baby cheddar circle, and a slice of a peach. SO, not going to bother.
Hahaha, this too. Trip to Sam's or Costco? I burn those samples off just pushing that huge heavy cart through the madness!0 -
I don't track tea - I used to but I have so little milk in it I can't be bothered0

-
herbs and spices and vitamins0

I use half and half in my coffee, not a lot, and I don't think it's worth it to count.0
-
I try to count all major items, I usually under estimate my exercise by a few minutes which I think should account for vitamins and spices.
I have tracked water a few times, but I drink so much it becomes quite an effort to increase it one by one.
Sometimes useful to track coffee to see roughly how much caffeine I'm having.0 -
I don't track things that have no calories.
I don't weigh things that have very low calorie density, but I do estimate and track those.
I don't track vitamins, which do have calories.
Learn something new everyday, don't know why I never considered that vitamins have calories0 -
gum0
-
Booze. I know that's crazy, but I'm losing at a rate that I'm happy with.
Until that stops, I will enjoy my cocktails :-)0 -

I don't track diet drinks, like diet coke, water, spices, coffee (I use splenda so no sugar) other than that i try to stay true and track all consumed calories0

Any vegetable that was 0 points in weight watchers. If I can eat an infinite amount of celery in one system, I can eat an infinite amount of celery in another system.
Thank you cause I was thinking the same thing... how am i get hit with eating green beans on here but when i did weight watchers they were "0" points....0 -
Mustard, spices/seasonings, and vitamins.
In addition to these: Any zero calorie beverage.0
