did a shred it with weights as i havent been able to for last 2 weeks so feel really good about myself and also did loads of walking and jumping jacks (which i hate with a passion)

my lunch 6 slices of lean ham lettuce, cherry plum tomatoes, red pepper, yellow pepper, red onion(small) 1/4 of a cucumber 15ml malt vingar 2 rivita seeded cracker bread things with extra light philly with black peeper and sweet onion it was lush and washed down with a tetley green tea (with blueberry)

cottage cheese is so versatile have a syn free quiche with any veg u like plain with beans on a jack pot mixed with sweet things to make desserts and cheese cakes just on its own with pepper i love it with cheesecake and also as a quiche x

the best thing i found when hungry was to make a totally veg soup with pulses in as this satififed me for longer and had it between meals maybe it will help you, as for the bread 210 cals isnt alot if you are having it as part of a meal with a good filling and a side salad everything in modoration incuding carbs good luck…

muller greek style coconut yogurt are my fave and even better frozen in icecream molds with some chopped up strewberrys or as a very naughY treat a peanut hi-fi bar broken in to bits and mixed with it and frozen YUMMMMMMY X
