For those of you with a Fitbit-are you eating what you burn according to that or going with another calculation? I did a week's average according to my Fitbit and that is how I set my daily goal. Hoping it is accurate!!

ANYTHING from Skinnytaste.com. I make 5+ meals a week from there and they are always great (even the hubs likes them).
-
Skinnytaste.com has some great ones: blue cheese, ranch, green goddess, etc.

Skinnytaste Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps with creamy blue cheese dressing :)
-
I am making the Skinnytaste version as we speak...made her homemade blue cheese dressing to go with it. Can't wait to try!!!

Spot on for me. It gave me 1800 and that is what I calculated my TDEE to be based on my average FitBit burn :)
-
Should we be concerned with macros during a reset? I am not having a tough time getting to TDEE, but I am having a tough time balancing. I am always WAY over on carbs and short on protein.

nice job!

In my case, it is a difference in mind-set. For me, "diet" has a negative connotation of restricting certain items for a while to achieve a short-term goal. I tend to cut out everything I deem "bad" and inevitably fail when I indulge in something I feel like I should not have had. I expect perfection and I am devastated…

I am eating at TDEE (1800) right now. Used my Fitbit to calculate a daily average, so we will see how it goes! Anyone can feel free to add me if you like :)

love all the Laughing Cow cheeses...especially the Mini Babybel light :)

I have this whether or not I exercise. Upping calories did not help at all. Went to the docs this week to get some blood work done...you may want to consider that if upping calories alone does not help :)

My hubby did the exact same thing at steak n shake yesterday. Yikes!
-
Can we add "supposed to" and "to suppose" to that list?
-
Seems to me you have it figured out correctly! BTW: we have the exact same BMR and TDEE :) I am not looking to lose, but rather turn some of my flab to muscle, so I am eating 1650 on rest days and 1850 on workout days...gonna do that for a month and see how it goes. Good Luck!!

I am 5'6" and 125 and this suits me just fine. Working on toning and being fit, not losing any weight :)

I have it and like it, but there are also a lot of limitations. If you are going to be doing it at home, there is A LOT of equipment you would need to buy. There is a post going on right now in the NROLFW group that lists everything you need to have. It is a long and expensive list. I currently do it at home and I don't…
-
Hey, girl! You can add me too. I am 5'6", 125 lbs...working on toning up while (hopefully) shedding a little bit of fat :)
-
I say moderately active...you do way more than lightly active in my opinion :)
-
I am always looking for some more buddies!
-
I was exactly the same way...seriously sore on Day 2. I am on Week 3 now, and I don't feel sore at all any more, but I know that once I start changing it up again I will feel it. You're doing great!
-
My TDEE is not as high as the online calculators say it is...by about 300-400. I am using a Fitbit now to get an approximation of what I burn in a day and using that as my TDEE instead.
-
Agreed!! I am 5'6" and 125 and I certainly do not look like that! Working on it though :) Congrats!!
-
Thanks!!!

I'm always for looking for some new healthy buddies!!

Ok...so just had a health screening today. Have borderline high cholesterol for the first time in my life. The only thing I have changed is that since I have been exercising regularly I have been eating 2 eggs every morning for breakfast. The nurse told me to cut back on the eggs or to stop eating the yokes. So...that's…
-
I'm Melissa, too :)
-
Ahh...damn you Crunchy Frog!
-
That's it!! It tracks your steps, distance, floors, calories, sleep. Really helps to figure out how much you are actually burning on a daily basis. Certainly keeps me motivated! For example, today I am seeing how many floors I can climb...at 18 as of now :)

Love it!
