Did you just keep updating it on your Fitbit profile until you found the number that matched? I callibrated on my treadmill last night, and that clearly was a flop! I will head out to the track tomorrow to test it out!

I am having the same problem. Ran 1.8 miles this morning. Burned 181 calories according to iFit Live. Fitbit had me running 2.13 miles and burning 247 calories.

Do you find yourself thinking you can do the things you used to be able to and then getting really discouraged when you can't??? I have the same mind set, but none of the motivation! It's so weird to me that I went from being SO active to nothing at all. I think I burned myself out...haha.

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I can go hours during the day without going, but as soon as I start running, I have to go urgently. This happens even though I go right before I begin exercising. For me, I think it is more psychological than it is from what I am eating and/or drinking, but I could be completely wrong. Curious…

Can anyone explain the difference between BMR and maintenance calories? My BMR is 1350 and I burn about 300 calories a every day exercising. I have been eating 1200-1300 calories a day, but I am worried that is too few. Thanks!
