Do you drink a good amount of water? I use to get restless leg and teeth grinding after hard workouts and found out that lack of water contributed to it. Not sure if that helps you much.

I am happy you ran across this posting. There are hardly any heavy bag hitters here. As of right now i am doing intervals of heavy bag, jump rope, and pull ups 5 min each with 1 min rest in between. How long have you been at the heavy bag?

It's usually my shoulders and biceps. It always hurts after workout.. I use to think it was climate change because my gym is in my garage, and when i finished up i would go in my house where i keep it cool. Yeah it feels kinda like DOMS but instant.. Not 5 min after workout it sets in and last for about 30-60 min.

Next time you go to target try playing golf while in the store.. that will get you kicked out..well it did for me anyhow. =)

I would make as much noise during the morning time or whatever time they are sleeping.. If all else fails go the legal route of filing multiple complaints, get proof, etc and take them to court.

I been using this program for about 2 weeks now and lost almost 3 lbs so far. What it did for me is basically made me see what i was eating every day. If your honest with yourself this tool will work. I intend to stick with it, and see if i can reach my goals.
